Clinical instructors supervise the clinical practice of students, newly recruited nurses and ancillary staff. They assist the nurse educators in the overall training of students and trainees. In addition, they work closely with the senior nurse managers/nurse clinicians and clinical nurses to provide a conducive learning environment.
