Nurse Educator

Nurse educators identify, analyse, plan, implement and evaluate training activities to ensure the effective delivery of training programmes to nurses and ancillary staff. They supervise clinical instructors in conducting classroom teaching according to the planned curriculum based on updated and current nursing practices. Additionally, they act as an educational resource person for all grades of nurses.
