Nurse Clinician

Nurse clinicians are responsible for coordinating, directing and evaluating of patiaent care activities to ensure high delivery of care. They work in collaboration with the nursing leaders and contribute in multidisciplinary work groups. They are also involved in clinical quality management to improve processes and act as human resource personnel for the staff. Nurse clinicians assist in the financial management of the wards and ensure that resources are optimised.
