Have your medicines all packed and ready for you to cut your queue/wait time at the Pharmacy. Better yet, opt for FREE Delivery to your home!*

* In order to enjoy medication delivery, the pharmacy will need to keep your original prescription (if hardcopy prescription is issued).

To refill your medicine, please ensure you:

  1. Are an existing NHCS patient who has received consultation at our Specialist Outpatient Clinics
  2. Are requesting for medicines which you have taken before
  3. Have access to HealthHub

  • Up to 5kg combined weight
  • At least 7 calendar days lead time (If there is public holiday, lead time may be longer)
  • Doorstep delivery or Locker Pickup (Select locker from list in Healthhub)
  • One free delivery OR locker pickup per month

If recipient was unavailable to receive the medications at the mutually agreed delivery date and time, unsuccessful delivery due to incorrect/invalid address provided or parcel not collected from locker at end of the stipulated timeframe.

Additional fees apply for re-delivery, urgent delivery, multiple deliveries in a month, and bulky items.

 

Please ensure that you or an authorized person (aged 18 and above) are present to receive the medication at the mutually agreed delivery date, time and location.

Please provide the QR code or OTP code sent via SMS to your phone number for verification upon delivery of your parcel. If you are not able to provide the above, you may be required to provide other forms of identification for verification.

Please ensure you have sufficient supply of medications till planned delivery date; do submit your order at least 7 working days before your supply runs out.

Payments are to be made online through various methods such as PayNow, PayLah, HealthHub or AXS.

Third party payments are not extendable to include delivery service charges.
