Staff Nurse

Staff nurses provide optimal care to meet desired patient outcomes and experiences through patient/caregiver health education on disease process and compliance to the prescribed care and treatment as appropriate. They also act as the liaison between patients and families and the multidisciplinary healthcare team to coordinate continuity of care throughout hospitalisation and transition to home/community.
