Enrolled nurses provide support to the nursing team in their work environment.
They play a pivotal role in assisting registered nurses in the nursing care of the patients and also act as liaison officers for the patients as well as their families with members of multi-disciplinary health care team.
NHCS enrolled nurses who demonstrate exemplary performance will be given the opportunity to advance to a principal enrolled nurse.
