Social Support and Financial Assistance

Our Medical Social Workers (MSWs) attend to patients and their families who experience challenges in managing their emotional, psychosocial, environmental and financial issues arising from chronic cardiac conditions or sudden onset of cardiac conditions.

Together with a multidisciplinary team, community partners and organisations, we aim to facilitate the recovery and healing process, and optimise the well-being of individuals, in order to enhance the functioning of families and reintegration to communities.

Financial and Practical Assistance

Our financial and practical assistance caters to needy Singaporean and Permanent Residents who have difficulty with their medical expenses, such as for the following cases:
  1. Assistance with medical bills for eligible patients
  2. Assistance with transport reimbursement for patients with mobility issues (Note: Doctor’s certification is required.)

We are located at Clinic 6B, Level 6. Kindly contact a Medical Social Worker at 6704 8628 to schedule a visit with us. Please be informed that financial assessment will be conducted for all applications.
