Profile

Clinical Assistant Professor Lau is a Senior Consultant from Department of Cardiology at the National Heart Centre Singapore. He graduated with his Doctor of Medicine and Doctor of Philosophy from Washington University, St. Louis, USA, and received his post-graduate internal medicine and non-invasive cardiology training at the Barnes-Jewish Hospital. He is a well-published expert in the area of Positron Emission Tomography/ Magnetic Resonance (PET/ MR) cardiac imaging.

Clin Asst Prof Lau also specialises in using Echocardiography in diagnostic and preventive cardiology. He is also heavily involved in medical education, and currently leads the Singhealth cardiology senior residency training programme at NHCS.
