患者指南: 心力衰竭

心力衰竭是当心脏无法有效地泵出足够的血来提供身体器官及组织所需的氧气和营养，而导致身体无法正常运作。


 

  • 每日的液体摄入量限制不超过一公升 。

            
            包括所有饮料、水果、汤、粥和果冻，等等

  • 每日的食盐摄入量少过2克，相等于一茶匙。
  • 避免加工过的食物和罐头食品。
  • 避免在食物上倒入肉汁或酱汁。
     

  • 即便觉得身体无恙，也不可以停止服药。
  • 许多药物在某些高剂量下效果最好 – 所以即使身体已感觉好些，您的医生通常会增加剂量。
     

  • 在自己能承受的容忍度上运动。
  • 先从短暂、轻松的活动开始，然后在可以承受的情况下逐渐增加难度。
  • 目标是一周至少要锻炼三次，每次约30 分钟。
  • 如果感觉胸口不适或呼吸急促，请立即停止运动。
     

  • 每日早晨称体重（排尿后和早餐前）。
  • 把您的体重记录在日历上。 



  • 如果体重在三天内突然增加超过2公斤，您可在医生的指导下增加Furosemide药物（用于减少体内多余液体的药物）的摄入量。  

   如果遇到以下情况，请在24小时之内联系您的心力衰竭团队或寻求医疗建议：

  • 体重在三天内突然增加超过2公斤
  • 在活动或躺下时觉得呼吸急促或气短逐渐严重
  • 腹部、脚踝、脚或腿肿胀得严重
  • 食欲不佳伴腹胀

  如果发生以下任何情况，请立即拨打救护车（995）或前往最近的急诊室：

  • 呼吸急促突然变得严重
  • 胸部疼痛
  • 昏厥或严重头晕
  • 身体不适、严重虚弱
