Medication Delivery Service

Need More Medicine?

Have your medicines all packed and ready for you to cut your queue/wait time at the Pharmacy. Better yet, opt for FREE Delivery to your home!*

* In order to enjoy medication delivery, the pharmacy will need to keep your original prescription.


To top-up your medicine, please ensure you:

  1. Are an existing NHCS patient who has received consultation at our Specialist Outpatient Clinics
  2. Are requesting for medicines which you have taken before
  3. Have your prescription and/or medicine label handy (you will need to take photos of these)

The patient or an authorised person (aged 18 years and above) can receive the deliveries. Please produce your personal identification upon receipt of the prescription order from our delivery partner, if deemed necessary.

Payments are to be made online through various methods such as AXS, PayLah, Healthhub/Health Buddy. 

Register for Medication Delivery Service

There are two ways to register:

  1. Inform the dispenser personally at the NHCS Pharmacy with your original prescription when you collect your first set of medication.
  2. At least one week before your medication supply runs out, contact our Pharmacy Medication Delivery Service hotline at 6704 8032, Mondays to Fridays, 8.30am to 6pm.

After registration, you may access HealthHub/Health Buddy to order your medications for delivery. Alternative, you may email a copy of your prescription (front and back), specifying your delivery address and contact number to courier.pharmacy@nhcs.com.sg. Original prescriptions are to be handed in to NHCS pharmacy for ease of delivery.
