As a service to the NHCS patients who are on long-term medication, we are happy to offer the option of delivering the prescription medications via home delivery service. Your medication will be delivered right to your doorstep without having you to come down to the Pharmacy at National Heart Centre Singapore.
All you need to do is to register for the pharmacy home delivery service. All deliveries are made within Singapore and the charges are as follows. The pharmacy home delivery service is available on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, 2pm to 6pm. For any unsuccessful delivery, a nominal surcharge will be imposed for subsequent re-delivery.
The patient or an authorised person (aged 18 years and above) can receive the deliveries. Please produce your personal identification upon receipt of the prescription order from our delivery partner.
Payments are to be made upon delivery in CASH (exact amount) or CHEQUE (preferred) named under 'National Heart Centre Singapore'.
