We foster meaningful connections while advocating for holistic patient wellness through curated activities such as:

Simple, home-style recipes shared by our own Heart Warriors. Each recipe comes with their story, how they cook for themselves and their loved ones, and how food has supported them in their heart journey. View the recipes here. 

Project LENS
A photo-story collaboration where patients and youth photographers explore what it means to live with a heart condition.
Through Jake’s story and others, Project LENS shows how being seen, heard and understood can make a difference in recovery.
