Gift of Health NHCS Fundraising Teddy Bears

Like many diseases, chronic heart conditions have a profound impact on our patients. Their journey may be a prolonged one, resulting in pressures in their finances, employment and relationships which may lead to mental fatigue and a delay in seeking timely treatment.

Our fund supports needy heart patients who have exhausted all other sources of financial aid to meet their medical and practical needs, with the hopes of providing holistic care and enhancing the overall wellbeing of our patients.
