You can register online prior to your visit and skip the queue at our Visitors Registration Counters. This helps to manage the number of visitors to the wards, allowing for a more convenient and hassle-free visit at NHCS. The system also facilitates contact tracing for the safety of our patients and visitors when the need arises.
Visitors to wards and visitors accompanying patients for appointments, day procedures or surgery are also required to register.
You can also register at SGH's Visitors Registration Counters at Block 4, 5 and CTICU at Block 2.
To ensure that our patients have adequate rest, we request that visitors come during the visiting hours from 8am - 10pm daily. To protect our vulnerable patients and your loved ones, please refrain from visiting if you are unwell.
We also request that visitors be sensitive to the needs of other patients during the visiting hours. Please wear your mask at all times and practice good personal hygiene.
Please avoid bringing children below 12 years old to the hospital. We discourage visitors from bringing children and babies to the wards especially the High Dependency wards, Intensive Care Unit and Intermediate Care Area. This is in the interest of their safety as they are more vulnerable to infection. Persons who are unwell must not visit any patient.
The ICU is a restricted area as the patients here are critically ill and require intensive monitoring. A maximum of 5 visitors, including caregivers, are allowed at any one time during visiting hours.
Thank you for your co-operation in helping us to keep our patients, your loved ones, safe.
