Have your medicines all packed and ready for you to cut your queue/wait time at the Pharmacy. Better yet, opt for FREE Delivery to your home!*

* In order to enjoy medication delivery, the pharmacy will need to keep your original prescription (if hardcopy prescription is issued).

To refill your medicine, please ensure you:

Are an existing NHCS patient who has received consultation at our Specialist Outpatient Clinics
Are requesting for medicines which you have taken before
Have access to SingHealth's Health Buddy, or HealthHub

Delivery Information and Charges

Regular	Monday to Friday 10am to 2pm 2pm to 6pm 6pm to 10pm	Free (Until further notice)
Redelivery If recipient was unavailable to receive the medications at the mutually agreed delivery date and time, or for unsuccessful delivery due to incorrect/invalid address provided.	-	S$8
Order amendment or cancellation within 3 working days of confirmed delivery date	-	S$8

The patient or an authorised person (aged 18 years and above) can receive the deliveries. Please produce your personal identification upon receipt of the prescription order from our delivery partner, if deemed necessary.

Payments are to be made online through various methods such as PayNow, PayLah, HealthHub/Health Buddy or AXS.
