NHCS Public Forum: Heart Disease & Lung Cancer in a Covid-19 Era

December 2020 Contest

  1. This Contest is held by National Heart Centre Singapore. It will commence on 5 December 2020 at 12pm (Singapore time) and end on 7 December 2020 at 11.59pm (Singapore time). Entries will be accepted only during this period.

  2. Contest is open to Singapore citizens, permanent residents and holders of valid employment passes or work permits, residing in Singapore.

  3. To take part in the Contest, participants must tune in to the NHCS Public Forum: Heart Disease & Lung Cancer in a Covid-19 Era via NHCS Facebook page on 5 December 2020 (Saturday), 11am to 12pm, and complete either one of the following:

    1. Complete the event’s survey feedback form within the same day on 5 December 2020 [up to 3 winners; form link will be shared at the end of the event].
    2. ‘Like’ and ‘Follow’ NHCS Facebook page and post in the contest post’s comments section on one thing you have learnt from the Public Forum [up to 3 winners].

  4. Only one contest registration is allowed per person. Incomplete or multiple entries will not be considered.

  5. The winners will be announced in the contest’s post and notified via NHCS direct message and/or email.

  6. Prize given is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. The contest’s organisers will decide on the design of the NHCS teddy bear prize to be given to the winners.

  7. Contestant shall, upon request, provide supporting documents/materials to the organisers for verification purposes.

  8. Collection of prize is at the National Heart Centre Singapore (5 Hospital Drive, Singapore 169609).

  9. The winner must claim the prize by the stipulated deadline, failing which the prize will be forfeited. Claims made otherwise will not be entertained.

  10. The winners will be selected by the contest’s organisers. In the event of a dispute, the decision of the organisers is final. No correspondence will be entertained.

  11. The organisers reserve the right to amend the rules and regulations of this contest.
