Profile

Clin Asst Prof Julian Kenrick Loh is a Consultant with the Department of Cardiology and Director of the Coronary Care Unit at the National Heart Centre Singapore (NHCS). His sub-specialty interest is in Heart Failure and Echocardiography. He manages patients in advanced heart failure with a focus on artificial heart pumps, heart transplant, intensive care medicine and palliative care medicine.

Clin Asst Prof Loh is actively involved in clinical research and clinical trials. In addition to presenting his research at regional and international scientific meetings, he has also published his original research in international peer-reviewed publications.

He is actively involved in clinical education and is core faculty for both the internal medicine residency programme and the cardiology senior residency programme. He is a clinical lecturer in Singapore's local medical schools and polytechnics.
