Profile

Dr Guo Xiaoxuan is a Consultant Family Physician and Clinic Director at SHP-Punggol. She completed her undergraduate medical degree at the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore (NUS), in 2010. She underwent post-graduate training in Family Medicine under the SingHealth Family Medicine Residency Programme and graduated with a Masters of Medicine in Family Medicine from NUS in 2015. She was subsequently admitted as a Fellow of the College of Family Physicians (Singapore) in 2018, and completed her team HMDP in Adolescent Community Health Services in Melbourne, Australia, in 2024.
