Before consultation

Our staff will fix a video consultation (VC) appointment with your doctor. You will receive an SMS with a link to VC Terms & Conditions (T&Cs) for your agreement. Upon endorsing the T&Cs, you will receive an SMS on your appointment and VC instructions.

Actual day

Follow the instructions to setup VC and click into the website link. Your doctor will conduct consultation via the live video.

After consultation

Our staff will contact you to arrange for your medication delivery and fix your next appointment or investigation tests.

Payment

You can also settle your outstanding bills via our convenient e-payment options.*

What are my options?

This is an optional service available to you. If you do not wish to participate in a VC, you may choose to continue with a in-person consultation.#

If you are acutely unwell, do not wait for a VC. Please proceed to your nearest polyclinic, GP clinic or Emergency Department.

Note: Please check with your doctor on your suitability for a video consultation, as this service is not suitable for all heart conditions and for first consultations.
