Fellowship Training in Cardiac Surgery

To provide comprehensive exposure to cardiac surgery including operative techniques and intensive care.

6 - 12 months

Participate in pre-operative, operative and post-operative management of patient undergoing cardiac surgery
Exposure to standard and complex cardiac surgical procedures from coronary artery and valve surgery to complex valve repair and aortic aneurysm surgery.
Exposure to heart failure surgery including and ECMO, assist devices and heart transplantation.
