Visitor Policy

SafeEntry – Digital Check-in

Please present your NRIC or any official identification document at our Level 2 screening stations to check in for SafeEntry.

To Outpatient Clinics

Patients going to our outpatient clinics are allowed ONE accompanying person each.

You may refer to the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) for advice on outpatient appointments (including doctor's appointments, blood tests, diagnostic tests), procedures and surgeries. 

All patients and visitors to NHCS are to undergo thermal screening and complete a declaration form at NHCS Level 2. Click here for more information.

To Short Stay Unit and Wards - From 2 June 2020

Our visiting policy to our Short Stay Unit (SSU) and Wards will be revised from 2 June 2020, as part of the national Phase One (Safe Re-opening) measures.

Only one designated visitor* is allowed in the SSU/ward at any one time during our visiting hours.

Each patient can have up to five (5) designated visitors from up to two (2) households for the length of their hospital stay. No change of designated visitors is allowed.

Visitors must bring their own mask and ensure that the mask is worn at all times during the visit. 
*Exclude Isolation Wards
