National Heart Centre Singapore’s International Medical Services (IMS) provides a wide spectrum of services to patients from overseas and their family members, ensuring them of a pleasant and comfortable experience throughout their stay. Our services include:
Scheduling Medical Appointment
We are able to assist you in making appointments.
Doctor Referrals
Based on the medical history provided, we will schedule an appointment for you with an appropriate specialist.
Assistance Before, During and After Hospitalization
We will assist you with making arrangements for inpatient admission, including advising you on the approximate length of stay and cost estimates. When you arrive at the hospital, our team are able to facilitate you with the registration and admission process. When you are discharged, we can assist in co-ordinating your follow-up appointment with our specialists.
Medical Evacuation and Repatriation Assistance
We co-ordinate with various medical assistance agencies to evacuate patients to Singapore for treatment. We also assist with return-to-home country arrangements.
Airport Pick-up
Transfer to the hospital from the airport or hotel, via limousine, ambulance or taxi can be arranged if needed at a fee payable to the service provider.
Hotel / Apartment Reservations
We can suggest and assist with making reservations for you and your family members accommodation at nearby hotels or service apartments.
Concierge Services
We are able to assist you with:
- Extension of visa
- General hospital information and visitor information
- Arranging interpreters for non-English speaking patients, if required
- Arranging for foreign currency exchange
