National Heart Centre Singapore Pharmacy Home Delivery Service
Introduction
As a service to the NHCS patients who are on long-term medication, we are happy to offer the option of delivering the prescription medications via home delivery service. Your medication will be delivered right to your doorstep without having you to come down to the Pharmacy at National Heart Centre Singapore.
All you need to do is to register for the pharmacy home delivery service. All deliveries are made within Singapore and are charged at $8.55 (includes GST) per delivery. For any unsuccessful delivery, a nominal surcharge will be imposed for subsequent resending. Night deliveries, from 7pm to 10pm, will be charged at $18.15 (includes GST). Urgent or same day deliveries, from 10am to 4:30pm, will be charged at $14.95 (includes GST).
The pharmacy home delivery service is available on Tuesday and Thursdays from 2 pm to 6 pm. The patient or an authorised person (aged 18 years and above) can receive the deliveries. Please produce your personal identification upon receipt of the prescription order from our delivery partner.
Payments are to be made upon delivery in CASH (exact amount) or CHEQUE (preferred) named under 'National Heart Centre Singapore'.

- Inform the dispenser personally at the NHCS Pharmacy with your original prescription when you collect your first set of medication
- Contact our Pharmacy Home Delivery Service hotline at 6436 7859 / 7857, Mondays to Fridays from 9 am - 5 pm, or
