2. Tender documents shall be submitted in sealed envelopes or packing and send by hand to the following address:

3. Terms and Conditions of Proposal
(a) Proposals delivered after the closing date and time for whatever reasons shall not be considered and shall be returned accordingly.
(b) vendors are taken to have read and shall be bound with full notice and knowledge of the conditions herein.
(c) All expenses and costs incurred in the preparation of the Tender shall be borned by the vendor.
(d) The company, National Heart Centre of Singapore Pte Ltd, reserves the right not to accept the lowest or any proposal without assigning any reason thereof.
